Our Gai Yang has taken inspiration from several places in Thailand serving the dish.

dish description
Slow grilled chicken thigh marinated in coriander root, lemongrass and turmeric. Glazed with a palm sugar and coriander caramel. Crispy caramelized skin and juicy, smoky meat.
The dressing on the side is a dipping sauce commonly served with Gai Yang and other grilled meats. A balanced dressing with a spice from smoky roasted chilies. Slightly thickened by toasted rice powder, onions and herbs.
