    A street food classic from Thailand. This sweet and savoury slow grilled pork skewer grilled over low flame. Juicy, peppery with a deep umami flavour. Brushed with coconut cream during the grilling, this gives it a nutty caramelized flavour.

    Served with the classic garnish bird eye chilies, young ginger and shallots.
